How many classes should you do ?🤔
Ok first off, high five you for asking the question! Because that means you are thinking about how you can make the best out of your body and that is AWESOME!!!
Second, just like every answer to every great question.. well it depends. All fitness classes are different. They a great foundation so that you don't injure yourself in other sports and activities, so if you're a busy beaver or someone just getting into fitness then 3x a week is fantastic. Now, if you can't get into the studio 3x each week then don't worry! Practicing and working out at home is a fantastic way to add in an extra fitness whether it be 15 minutes or an hour.
The health guidelines say for someone over the age of 18 that you should be getting AT LEAST 150 MINUTES of moderate to vigorous exercise PER WEEK! So that could be 3 classes, or 2 classes and 40 minutes of mat work at home for example.. and that is the minimum!
